Ira George "Andy" Andrews

                                                Served aboard the USS Higbee from 1951 to 1955
                       Transferred to that celestial ship in heaven August 11, 2004 (El Paso Texas)

                       An American, devoted husband, loving father and a proud Higbee sailor.
